Mr. Papadakis is Deputy Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Vice President of Financial Services & Innovation of The Ohio State University. In this role, Mr. Papadakis is responsible for overall leadership of Ohio State’s Financial Services office, including Treasury Management, Risk Management and Liability Management. Previously, Mr. Papadakis served as a Director of Energy Investment Banking at KeyBanc Capital Markets for seven years. In this role, Mr. Papadakis was responsible for the financing of a variety of Energy companies, both equity & debt. In addition, Mr. Papadakis served as a strategic financial advisor to a variety of Energy companies in M&A transactions and restructuring assignments. Prior to his Investment Banking career, Mr. Papadakis spent 6 years in Public Accounting, with both Deloitte & Touche and Arthur Andersen, focused on Corporate Tax Consulting & Business Valuation. Mr. Papadakis has an MBA in Finance & International Business from the Fisher College of Business at the Ohio State University and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati.
Dr. Roger Saillant
Dr. Saillant is the former Executive Director of the Fowler Center for Sustainable Value, Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University. Dr. Saillant has over 35 years of experience in energy technologies. He has held senior executive positions in The Ford Motor Company, Visteon Corporation and was CEO of Plug Power, a publicly traded fuel cell company. As CEO he led five rounds of fund-raising from public investors to raise more than $500 million in capital. Dr. Saillant graduated from Bowdoin College, obtained his PhD in chemistry from Indiana University, and a post doctorate degree from UCLA. He also received an honorary doctor of science degree from SUNY Cobleskill. He has recently co-authored an environmental thriller, Vapor Trails, which is based on the fictionalized activities of several oil company executives.
Mr. Wheeler has been and executive in the chemical, materials and fuel industries for 30+ years. He is President/Owner of Colorwheel consulting company. Mr. Wheeler is former President GenCorp Polymers and Chemical Division and former President CIBA Polymers and Chemical Division. Education includes BS Chemical Engineering-Cornell.
Mr. Fei acts as fund manager for an international private fund. The fund investors are owners of consumer electronics manufacturers, chain hotels and private banks in China. He has an excellent understanding of Asian business markets. Mr. Fei also is actively involved with facilitating Chinese investors in the US. Mr. Fei’s education includes a master’s degree in Urban Planning and Development from the Levin College of Cleveland State University.
